Call to boot Mahathir out of the Malay community

Prime Minister Najib Razak has come out strongly to denounce racism, saying that the federal government should adopt the policy of zero tolerance on the issue, with special focus on those who try to incite racial hatred.
I applaud the PM for his statement and would like to hold him accountable for what he has just said at the BN Youth Lab townhall meeting.
He should be commended for his courage to make a stand on racism despite relentless criticism from leaders in his communal party including Dr Mahathir, individuals, organisations and publications supported by his party. Dr Mahathir had went as far as saying NEM and 'meritocracy' is a conspiracy against the Malay supremacy and survival.
Worse, non-Malay political parties such as MCA has started to manipulate race and religion to stamp their own popularity slide too. MCA's president Chua Soi Lek is trying to pit DAP against PAS and its Islamic agenda.
Here is the challenge, a real political will to end racism in politics, policy making and public institutions including the media. Can the PM walk his talk on weeding out racism?
Is his zero tolerance for racism includes leaders in his party and organisations and individuals aligned to his party? Can his party give a firm deadline to turn BN into a real multiracial political coalition cum national party?
Can he direct his civil servants and leaders to focus on helping the poor and needy ones instead of focusing on race and religion?
Is he willing to instruct the formulation of anti-racism act to be passed in parliament to end all racial discrimination?
For now, we will hold him to his commitment to denounce racism and to punish those who incite racial hatred.
Utusan, Ibrahim Ali, Ahmad Ismail, Ridhuan Tee, Chua Soi Lek, teachers, civil servants and those in the opposition camp too should be careful not to incite racial hatred.
I hope that PM's zero tolerance is not only referred to those who are not on the same side of his political equation.

Dear Mr Prime Minister, I am very glad that you made a statement on your zero tolerance policy on racism. I challenge you to walk the talk. For a starter you should instruct your deputy (who is also the Education Minister to sack the headmistress in Kulaijaya who have made a racist, offensive and derogatory remarks before 900 students during the school assembly and that too during the opening of Merdeka month celebration. You should also order the DPP to charge her under Section 504 of the Penal Code. Unfortunately a day before your statement the Johore state DPP office had decided that no further action will be taken due to conflicting reports and statements made by various parties. About 14 police reports were made by the students who stated that the school head had used the offensive words and this was further affirmed by the non-Malay teachers in their statements to the police. Even a layman will tell you that there is enough prima facie evidence against the school head. The DPP's lame excuse that there were conflicting statements is totally unacceptable. The DPP should not assume the role of the police, prosecutor and the judge. Charge her with the evidence that you have and let the court decide whether she is guilty or not. Mr Prime Minister please show the rakyat whether you have o% or 100% tolerance on racism.

Are you as naive as you look??? Zero tolerance is a silent code for "zero action". Long live Riduan Tee, Ib Ali and Utusan Malaysia.
I bet u the headmistress will just be put in cold storage for 3 months... and then will be made headmistress of another school quietly. Standard operating procedure with standard reasoning given to her by her superior... like this:
"Hajah, takpe la, org cina dan india ni buat susah je. u rehat kejap... ji cuti 3 bulan, nanti u balik dia org dah lupa isu ni kot. i antar u ke sekolah lain, dgn gred sama je. u relak k?

I would suggest Najib to start his zero tolerance on ‘institutional racism’, those policies of racial discriminations. Every countries faced problem with racism, but not as unique as M’sia’s. The societies, the communities have not that much of ‘habitual’ racism, but institutional racism is the real problem. Even Article 153 was taken into context of racism. Racial policies has been abused, to an extend, even meritocracy is said to be racist. It is time stop racism, if they are incapable of anti racism, start that from institutional racism, which is what they owned.
The problem is, however, as KKP said, do they account for what they said? Who can make them accountable for their words? Until accountability is available and live in our Politic, don’t ever trust politicians, especially those inspiring speeches.
