Our military security services are looking like numbskulls

Most of us thought that the Sergeant was going to be promoted to Major General because of his ingenuity and contacts to remove jet engines from military security and to send them to a country like Uruguay, about which most Malaysians would not have heard of.

Anyway the Sergeant has made Uruguay famous and our military security services to look like numbskulls.
