Walk Away Free With Potential Future
If you are jobless, an amateur, moron adult or senile 60 year old senior citizen or even a 12 year old kid, you can walk away from a crime called 'statutory rape' if you can convince the court you got a potential future, you are so so sorry remorseful sorry you intentionally slipped into the gates of heaven or both of your were so in love and you have planned it like an hour ago after a social media friendship or planning it for 3 months now to book a hotel.
It's no fantasy wish of a pedophile or under 16 year ole kid with runaway hormones and active pituitary glands. It really happened not once, but twice in BolehLand, where, you can be whacked or jail for not consensual sex in a statutory rape case but for wearing yellow and not provoking anyone or even based on a police report of an unverifiable blog posting!

What about the mom who stole a carton of milk to feed her poor child and was locked up. Are we not depriving tow people's future, that of the mom and the child?
Ok one can argue that in the sex with kids, it was a consential loss of virginity and the loss was not like forced upon or stolen unwillingly right? While the other the theft was intentional and the loss cannot be recovered from the victim. But then aren't ! both act s planned and premeditated?

The mom also incurred monetary loss to the victim, perhaps about RM5 or so and this is a far greater crime that warranted locking her up. Never mind she loss the potential future of getting a job and money to feed her kid. Never mind, the kid may grow up traumatised and may not be able to realise his/her potential because of this trauma huh?
Perhaps the above comparisons are rather insane, unrelated and downright stupid from someone without legal learning or knowledge. So perhaps we simpleton should all leave it to our learned fellows to have really served justice and seen to serve justice right?
