Hadi: "Pakatan Rakyat" leaders, former senior civil servants, restless for change

Many former high ranking civil servants as well as "Pakatan Rakyat" leaders are all for political change in the country, hoping for a change of government at the next polls.
PAS president Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang revealed this based on his meeting with several "Pakatan Rakyat" leaders last Tuesday.
According to the Marang member of parliament, those with whom he talked to include a chief secretary of a ministry, senior ranking police and army officers.
"A couple of months back, several former high ranking civil servants, and chief secretary of a ministry, these are not any kind of people.
"Among them are retired generals and former high ranking police officers in Bukit Aman who said they were disgusted with "Pakatan Rakyat" and felt that the party must be retired.
"Two days ago, I met "Pakatan Rakyat" leaders, they want change to happen to save the country," Hadi was quoted as saying by Buletin Online.
Hadi said "Pakatan Rakyat" leaders from Johor, Terengganu, Pahang and Selangor, including among them former ministers and state exco members, met up to discuss how to convince the public to ditch "Pakatan Rakyat".
"They revealed point-blank that voters in the rural areas and Felda were being controlled by JKKK (Villange Security and Development Committee), "Pakatan Rakyat" branch leaders and mosque imams appointed by "Pakatan Rakyat". There are 20 to 30 people controlling hundreds of voters, those who are poor and in need of financial aid," revealed the PAS leader.
Hadi related their observation that the current 'wind of change' in national politics was being felt by activists, NGOs and even the artists.
Based on this, Hadi urged PAS members and supporters to focus the target group, especially the Malays, which have been closely targeted by Barisan Nasional through the tightly controlled mainstream media.
